RV leveling blocks

I am looking for leveling blocks for 28 travel trailer (6400 lbs). I am thinking about the Camco Tri Leveler. Can anyone give me their opinion on them or even suggest another brand or style? I have been using 2x8 boards up to this point, and starting to run out of storage space.

Thanks
Tom and Kathy

I use the anderson levels. They look like a curved wedge. Back onto them until level than insert the chock and done.

My family and I have been using the orange colored LYNX Levelers (can be found on Amazon) for about 4 years now. Gotta say, we love them. I have not used the Camco Tri-levelers before, but the Lynx product has an accessory for wheel chocks that clip into the levelers as well. They remind me of Legos... worth a shot looking into, and they hose right off if they get dirty.

I also use the Anderson curved blocks. I like that the height is adjustable just by moving a little forward or back. My dual wheels are too close for the full length between tires, but Anderson authorizes a trim on the leveler that works for me.

This is not my image, but shows the leveler trimmed.

I bought 2 sets (1 for each tire) which can give me up to 6" of lift.

x4 on the Anderson levelers... enter site, insert levelers before or after tires (whatever floats your boat) move forward or back until Giant RV Level across pinbox reads level, set parking brake, put chocks under thin end... done.

My tires are also very close together but I only had to trim about 2.5" off one - to just before the first cylindrical cavity.

The trick to not having them slide on grass or wet surfaces is to disable your trailer brakes (either at the controller, which the Prodigy's can do, or pull the umbilical) for the final movement.

x5 on the Anderson's! I have a level on the front of the 5er that I can see from the rear view. It's so easy. If you want you can keep your 2x8's if you need more than 4" on a side but I haven't needed more than that yet.

I have used the Lnyx Levelers for over 15 years, they do the job well. If you use a graduated (it has little marks on it) level the marks usually correspond to the number of blocks you need. I currently have a motor home with hydraulic leveling system on it, I still use the Lynx blocks under the low wheels.

Update on my experience with the Anderson Levelers: After two years, and two sets (with two broken levelers at inopportune times) I'm switching. Apparently the Andersons get brittle fairly quickly. I'm back in the market, guessing I will try something like the Camco blocks or the Lynx Levelers. Carrying 2"x8" lumber for the tandem wheels is a nuisance and heavy.

I have 7 year old LynxLevelers and they still work well. TriLynx switched to a 10-year warranty a couple of years ago.

They have my vote.

X2.
I believe mine are about the same age. Some are bleached almost white from the sun, but all are still sound. Not so much as a crack, and I'm pretty rough on them. Have used them in sand, gravel, rocks.......

Lynx Levelers with the Lynx wheel chocks and Lynx flat tops here. I used to use the horse stall mats but really like the Lynx now.

Beach Lane Levers

I have switched from wooden boards to Beach Lane Levers, same as the Anderson's but with a lifetime warranty.

Used them the first time this last trip out. Lay them in front of the tires, or behind, pull up till the DW screeches your level!
I'm sold!
I don't have any experiences with the Anderson's but what I will say about these levelers they are heavy and come with an anti-skid mat.

Lynx Levelers. I have one set that is pushing 20 years of use. Second set is probably 12 years old. Been used on pop-ups, TT and motorhome.

Sounds like a pretty strong majority prefer the Lynx blocks! Has anyone used the Camco 2 x 4 double-wide/long blocks? Seems like they might be useful for tandem axle trailers or dual wheeled motorhomes, depending on the way you turn them. Lynx doesn't seem to have anything like that, so I don't know if there is a Camco patent, or if the idea doesn't work that well.
