RV Winter Cover problem

I have a silverback 29RE the rain gutters have long downspout extensions on them that cannot be removed. Any ideas on how to stop them from making holes in my winter cover????f

Try putting a tennis ball over the end of each spout. That's how I did it last year, seem to work ok.

Cut a piece of pool noodle into 4" long pieces. Place over the gutters and tape if needed. Works well.

I cut an X into tennis balls and slip them on the spouts but both the tennis ball and pool noodle method works.
