silverback 331 RL, front bedroom closet hanger

I just picked up my new silverback 331 RL at the dealer my wife decided to start putting your clothes in there and I noticed that the clothes rod does not feel real secure any clue on how to reinforce that or should I just take it down and replace it

You spotted a problem I wish I had seen BEFORE all the clothes were laying in a heap. The rod has numerous mounting holes, but were installed with just enough screws to hold them up. I just filled up more of the mounting holes with button head screws and never had the problem again....
