Sirius XM

I searched and only found threads up to 2012. Our RV isn't wired for it but our TV is. Looking for alternatives to have it in RV and would love a portable to take on the beach.
Bought a 2014 5th wheel SOB in Sept 2013 and a 2013 Ford F150 Ecoboost with Sirius XM. We've never had it before and are now addicted. We may take it over the hassles of Direct TV (that's something we're working on).
Anyone have experiences with a portable and/or "house" radio as an extension to our account in the truck?

The onyx has a boom box that you can buy separately to make it beach portable.

I have Sirius in my Jeep Liberty (toad) and on my mobile devices. Since I have an unlimited data plan on my iPad I use it for Sirius. Just have to plug it into the aux on the in dash Jensen stereo. I haven't used it yet but last week I installed an iPad holder to make it easier to change channels as I travel down the road.

I've used the boom box in the shop where I work for 5 years. Love commercial free music while working

They used to sell a portable called the Stiletto and Stiletto 2. They were portable players that you could take from the car to the house or use on the go. They also had recording and wifi capabilities. I don't know why they didn't continue with this type of offering, it was a great option. You can still find them on ebay. I've got two of these that I shuttle between the house and the garage. I used one of them in the last RV, but the new one has Sirius.
