Sleep backwards

I own a 2014 Surveyor 220RBS. One of the biggest reason we bought this TT is the wall at the end of the full size queen bed. We wanted to sleep in the bed area backwards and the wall keeps the pillows on the bed. We changed out the mattress to a 12" Simmons Beautyrest with a added 2" Memory Foam Topper. Do other people do this too? I will show some pic's of the mods I did to make this change as soon as I am complete with them. I added a 3 switch wall switch to trun on and off the added vent ran, cabin lights and the reading lights. I change the storage under the bed so you don't have to lift the mattress to get at, I added a 12 Volt TV with build in DVD player to opposite side where the factory had a 115 volt TV.

Is the head of the bed against the wall not the way it came from the factory?

The foot of the bed is but head of the bed where the reading lights are at is at the round end by the cabinets. I can not sleep between them.

I say whatever works BEST to garner that good night sleep. We too will flip flop sides in our HTT bunk, and also depending on who makes the bed as to the direction the pillows are facing.

Very cool laundry mod. Could you possibly snap a to show how it looks under the bed in the storage area?

I guess I sleep "backwards" and "crooked". I'm 6' so loosing 5"'s with a short queen I generally sleep at a bit of an angle, and toes to the front. There is 'just' enough of a curve at the foot (er.. head?) of the bed that if you sit up real quick you bang your head on the wall. It also makes it easier to make the bed when you don't have to bend around the closets.

The only drawback is I have to remember to always remember to flip the TV around and lock it if I watch a little before bed. It took me all of ONCE to learn that lesson. Sometime during the night I must have bumped it so it was in a half turn position hanging out over my head. Nice noggin "CRACK" to wake up to.

Well I guess I should learn to type. I was wanting to ask "could you possibly snap a picture".

More pic's of the bed area

I added a 12 volt TV with built in DVD player, I had to move the doors on the over head cabinet to make room in the center for the TV, added wall switch to turn the fan, cabin lights, mod lights on and off, added vent fan and a vent cover. The bed is a full queen (60 X 80) that is why we like FR so much, they have full queens even their smaller TT.
