Slideouts on 2010 Sunseeker

Can anyone tell me how to manually retract the bedroom and dinette slideouts without power.

The slide outs on our trailer have a small hole on the oppisite side for using a socket to hand crank the slide in. Have not had to use it YET.....but I'm thinking they are mostly all the same.

The dinette slide has a shaft sticking down below the slide out (when the room is in). It is typically in the roof of one of the storage compartments below the slide. Pull the cotter pin, put a ratchet on it and start cranking..

I the bedroom slide, that slide motor I think is turned UP, so you need to life the bed and possibly pull off the paneling that covers that area...same thing, ratchet it in.

If however you have the newer "schwintec" slide (bedroom slide will have (4) metal tracks on the slide room walls) the you cut power to the system and push the room back in manually.

Your Sunseeker looks like my 2010 Freelander Dreamer. The manual crank for the slide can be found (on mine) in the bin/hold next to the propane, second door on drivers side. On the top of the compartment you'll find a shroud held on with four screws. Drop the shroud and that will expose the slide motor. You'll see a nut, 5/8 or 9/16 I think, on the box that the motor is attached to...That is the Manual Override. You find it pictured here

PS. Lippert is the company that builds that Schwintec "in-wall" slide, they have some videos on their website with troubleshooting instructions. I haven't looked, but they they may have something on the floor ram slide as well.
