Step stool needed

DW is doing well recovering from knee replacement. However, some of the places we have camped leave us on a bit of a pitch where the steps into the TT are too high for her to comfortably use. We tried a small step stool we already owned, but the surface area you are stepping onto didn't seem large enough to me. What we are looking for is a 6 to 7 inch tall step stool but with a larger platform or "landing area" for safety. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I would take a look at an aerobic step ( see link for example). They are fairly light, very strong and can be configured to several heights. They are also waterproof so they can be left out in rain and wipe clean easily.

Go to campingworld.com and run a search for "steps". They have several that will fit your situation.

NO! If you want a step for this year, please for the love of God do not order it from camping world! If you want it for next season you should be ok with them...but no guarantees.

Agreed. Call them. Ask them to call their warehouse (assuming they have one) and demand to know if it is in stock. Otherwise, you will be told it IS IN STOCK and 2 days later will be sent an email saying it is on back order. You will receive this email everyday for several weeks....

Didn't say order it from CW just look at what they have and use the part number to find another source. The manufactures part number is typically shown. DUH.

Send a message via ICQ to Cover Dog
Have one of these and it works great. Very well built for something from Harbor Freight. Also you can find 20% off coupons in many magizines.

Platform size is 12" x 16"
