Keep the ice cream maker onboard at all times. Also keep metal detector for checking out vacant camp sites. These two items are conversation starters anywhere you travel!!

Ice Cream Ball

We purchased one of those ice cream making balls this summer and they make the BEST ice cream! And it keeps the kids busy for about 40min!

And of course the wife!
(just incase the wife happens to see what you guys already listed)

NO, NO NO,
Please say it's not true that there will be no more plastic flamingoes!!!!
I love those things. They are just so tacky that they are cute.
I've always wanted to buy about 50 of them and put them all out on the front lawn one night after eveyone goes to bed.
Of course, my home insurance would probably drop me because of the tornado attraction factor!!!

Fishing stuff, and a nice comfy chair.

When we're in a remote desert area, the ruger 10/22 and some empty coke cans. It's like being 12 all over again!

Just the kids, the wife, some fishing gear and the two dogs, Ziggy and Zaggy. No electronics, like computers, tv's, dvd players etc. Just get the heck away from all of that crap, leave work at work and get the heck away.

Must Haves
Kayaks, Fly Fishing Gear
Kids offer hours of entertainment as does the wife
Road Trip Dog - I spend a lot of time on the road in the summer and he never says no to a road trip, no matter how long of a drive
Board Games and the Toy Drawer and an entire understorage area of Outside Toys - Play Suits for the lil ones, never a reason they can't be outside wearing one of these and matching boots we keep a set in the trailer at all times and another set in the house
Ice, Gin & Tonic

Nice to Haves
Flat Screen TV and Playstation2 - Super Puzzle Fighter II battles after the kids go to bed
Propane Generator
GPS for Geocaching - Great to Treasure Hunt with the Family!
Dutch Ovens & 18 inch Cast Iron Skillet

Like to Haves
Not much, we are pretty set - High Speed Low Drag
Maybe some more outside games
I've been looking into a Metal Detector lately - Seems Like Fun, young and old
