tec fireplace

Is there any body out there that knows how to operate these tec flame fire places Model TT-FRPL-EF01-28. The instruction manual is not very good. Mine lights up but no heat comes out. Any ideas would help the dealer knows less then I do.

mines a different model but when you open the panel the on/off switch is on the left and then on the far right there is another switch with a wheel that turns the heat part on. The wheel you turn to adjust the temp. Hope this helps. ill try and find our manual.

Ken, if you have a button with a thermometer on it , that adjusts the heat settings,
I am having another issue with the same stove ,the flame lights come on , the side lights come on , but i cant get the log lights to come on , they did at one time ,
I contacted the company , she had no clue and stopped responding to my emails,
I am trying to get another contact with the company , panelsolutions , but no luck as of yet ...

I have still not resolved the log lights issue , i guess I should be happy it puts out heat , but trying to deal with panel solutions is an impossible task , I searched out the owner , Tom Zurek , sent him an email , and received the same horrible customer service that I received from Karen , who ironically is the customer service rep ..
I ask them a simple question " what is the procedure for turning on the log lights ?"
They reply ...
How long have you owned it ?
Ship it to us and we will fix it .
Unplug it to reset it ..
Multiple emails and they are useless.....
Rant over ....
