TT came with rubber caps with tips that drop into lower and attach by bendin to upper sides of bumper. Non corrosive scouring pad stops up hole. If I lose the shorter hose so be it, fittings do not match up to hose I purchased. Did like the pin idea posted earlier, seems to be easy fix!

A fence post cap. The closed end has ss screws holding it in place, the working end I have a long pin that goes in from the top and out the bottom to hold it in place

Perhaps 4x4 inch bumpers are NOT created equal. Our Rhino fits just fine. Extension slinky on the other end too. No issues with abrasion.

I've seen dozens of sewer hoses on the side of the road. I drilled a hole in the top of the bumper and through the end cap. I drop a nail into it, and it is secure. I siliconed plastic screen across the hole on the inside to keep the wasps out.

My rhino also fit fine, just can't the connections 45 degrees. I also put a spring pin in the top to keep the caps in.
I have since, since I just cannot leave stuff alone, added a fence post under the rig. Did a write up on it under the mods sections maybe..

I love the fence post and gutter idea. I hadn't thought much about the hose since I'm at my first RV park and won't be leaving for a couple months.
What is a good way to attach it to the trailer? I never knew they put the hoses in bumpers before reading this thread.

As far as my bumper caps; this is what I did. I cut a square piece of screen just bigger then the square hole in the end cap. I then used apoxy to glue it on the inside to cover the hole. Then I took a screw with a wing nut end; drilled a hole where it will screw through the end of the bumper and through the end cap. No bugs can get in and the end caps won't fall out. I use that area to store a shovel handle that I use as a fire poker. I don't like to keep the hose there because all the road dust just keeps it nasty on the outside. Just my opinion.

LOL! Good one.
We had a Wanderlodge years ago, on that one there was a tube built into the side of the coach down low near the dump valve. When you were done, you just slid the slinky in and closed the door over the tube. Wish I had a pic of that to share.

Self tapping screw through bottom of bumper on curb side, stainless tee pin through bumper and rubber on road side. Worked ten years on Cardinal, replaced hose once. Same thing on piper, but, rhino doesn't fit. Tupperware!!!

I wonder what those things were everyone camped in when I was growing up? I guess the fake RV's came first and the real one's came decades later!

I also had the rhino, and it wouldn't fit in the bumper, too big around. I also had the rubber end came off, and the hose is somewhere in NC.

NO YOU CAN'T, If I would have paid for the metal it would have cost me about 120.00 just for the square tube, good deal
