My wife bought one of the holders with a weighted base, that stands on the floor.

Look in all the drawers. That was where ours was in our Shamrock. But.... We did not like the plastic one they provided. We just went to Lowe's and found one we liked and put it in.

We got this one:

Form follows function! Stores 4 rolls plus the one you're using. Comes in chrome, brushed nickel, and 2 other colors. DW very happy with it.

We think we got it at Menard's, but haven't been able to find it on their website.

I did find it here at a store called Rona (sorry, looks like they're Canada only):

ROCKFORDROO,
Thanks, that's the one my wife bought. She got it at Walmart. She got the bronze one.

We travel with two mischievous cats that like to unroll the tp, so I just turned both ends of the original mounts up and locked them back in place. We now have two vertical tp holders.

As mentioned, look in every drawer and cabinet.
They typically do not install them at the factory and leave that up to owner discretion.
If not, maybe the dealer took it out for cleaning before PDI and forgot to stick in back in there. Or... just buy one like mentioned above.

We bought our trailer (ever so slightly) used...the TP holder was in the medicine cabinet waiting to be mounted.

They are usually in a plastic bag with things like a stand for the tv. Look in storage areas. They are not mounted by the dealer as people have some very strong feelings of where if at all they should be mounted. As you will see by searching, many new owners never mount them at all.

If the vanity door is within reach while still sitting, you could install one on its inside. That's how it was factory-installed on our Montana. Make sure you use short screws.

Our 2016 PT Crusader 315RST didn't come with one either, we are going to Lowes today to find the one that goes over the cabinet door.

Check the goody bag that may be hiding in the back of some storage area. Usually contains TP holder, base for TV and a few other goodies.
