I also have a sheet for set up and tear down. Even though I am a seasonal camper I basically use them to open the trailer in the spring and winterize it in the winter. I also have a check list for if anyone like one of my kids go up when i'm not there so they don't forget anything. I laminated them with full sized sheets that you can buy at staples. The winterization one is nice so I don't forget anything since you only usually do it once a year.

Also the others are so when folks go up and use my trailer they don't forget anything when they leave. A punchlist of sorts. Turn off water, Gas, empty black tank, empty trash, and leave the trailer like you found it. Just the basic stuff.
