Videotapes and Your Entertainment Center

Recently bought an R-Pod 177 with an Audiovox VE-927 EC. The Audiovox tech said I couldn't play a VCR through it because it had no RCA inputs. My dealer showed me how:
Use common household coax to connect VCR output to cable input on the DVD player. Select "TV" on the DVD player. Start the tape; use the DVD Player's remote to change the channel to CH-3. Voila! The program is there! (Yes, I still use videotapes because I can take them with me!)

The old saying is still true. "WHere there is a will there is a way" Glad to see you can enjoy your tapes.

Smile

Yes, you can take them with you, but if you transfer them to DVD, they will take up only a fraction of the space in your rig.
