The 2043lb payload on the door jamb is the killer.
Iirc that includes 80lb for the driver (what a joke) and full fuel.
So you need to take off whatever you weigh over 80lb, any additional passengers and cargo, and whatever you have left is your max pin weight ... so long as you don't exceed max axle load.
You'd be okay with some ultralight 5ers, and most TT.
My max payload is 2700lb, and my pin weight (ultra lite 5er) is 1748lb Iirc (which is pretty heavy for an "ultralite", and way over the usual 15-20% of total weight)
