Just remember some people rent a site by the year and then sometimes leave and travel somewhere else.

Nope, not in state parks. And, you can usually tell when people are coming back.

Buy a tow vehicle that is big enough for a bigger rig than you're currently towing... ie be in the middle or lower range of your towing capacity. Just because you can tow a load with a vehicle, doesn't necessarily mean you should.

Check all seals around windows and compartments, roof, and seams twice a year. My last travel trailer had a leak and delamination (3K in repairs) less than a year after purchase, which is why I am now a Forest River travel trailer owner.
