Try Korean beaches.... I think the mosquitos are North Korean! LOL
My daughter had 41 bites in under ten minutes! She counted 'em.
25% DEET only slowed 'em down.

Around my place, we don't have a single mosquito...
They're all married...with large families.

Always remember everything in Texas is bigger. That fan looked like what our mosquitos use to cool themselves off

The worst mosquitos I have ever seen were in India. Those things were huge and you new when they bit ya. I've had shots feel better than those things. I used the 100% DEET stuff while I was there and they still attacked, Their bites welted up about 1 inch around and almost 1/4in tall It was impressive, painful, but impressive.
An old time soldier said that if you moisten up cig. tobacco and put it on a bite it will go away. The stronger the tobacco the quicker it goes away. Never tried it but I haven't got bit much since the advice.

Now on the off-topic subject, I hate to shame ya....but the skeeters in Louisiana are so big we have to trap them.

Believe it or not, ammonia neutralizes the venom of bees, wasps, mosquitos and flies. (I may have missed a few). Products like "After Bite" use an ammonia base. They used to be just ammonia and mink oil. The mink oil stops the ammonia from drying out your skin. Now the active ingredient is something like ammonium-oxide, because it's cheaper, but that's not as good as ammonia is. Ammonia also doubles as smelling salts to revive a fainting victim.

Meat tenderizer works great for bee stings. Just moisten the area and sprinkle it on. I've heard it's also good for jellyfish stings.

When I used to boogie board in Virginia Beagh, I got into a bunch of jellyfich and got stung, I used a cigarette butt to rub on it and take away the sting.

We have the Lasko version of the blower fan, love it! It works great inside the camper as well. When dry camping and running the generator and only one a/c unit, it will push a lot of air to keep the whole camper cool.

It looks like the type of fan that is used for drying wet floors/carpet. Correct?
Thanks for the idea.
