Do most RV have have another drain other than the one with the anode attached ??

As in low point drains? My Windjammer does. Door side near the rear of the unit. As far as hot water tank drains... I don't believe there is anything other than the plug (which may or may not have an anode rod attached to it).

On the HW heater that is it, but there should be 2 low point drains under the unit that drain the hot and cold lines.

... but note that in most cases, while the low-point drains will drain a lot of the water, they won't get it all. Further steps are needed.
