03 electrical question

Hey y'all I have a new to me 2003 rockwood. Not sure of the exact model number Every thing is great except this evening I heard a highpitch sound and the interior lights stopped working. All outlets still work and the fuses are all good. The flip up galley switch is in workig order. Any ideas??

Dead battery comes to mind. Since it sounds like you are on shore power, it may be your converter is not working correctly to charge the battery. That would be the first thing to check.

Your lights run off battery but your outlets use the shore power, the noise you heard may be the co dectector, mine goes off when I have low battery.

Where would the converter be......ill replace the battery and converter when I get back
