2002 Rockwood Freedom 1950 ac issues

Out with the ntu 2002 rockwood 1950. Plugged into campsite 30amp, fridge and plugs on the same side worked for a while then quit last night. Came back from our outting today and the ac on both sides of the PUP were working and verified the electric meter disc on the campsite was turning. Went for a walk after dinner and all was dead again and the electric meter disc has no obvious movement and the fridge and plugs on that side are dead again. Any ideas? Please tell me it's not something to do with the converter.

Did you rule out a bad Pedestal meter or breaker? Was yours the only one out? Did you check the fuse at the convertor? I think it's 30 or 40 amp. Do you have a multi meter? check for voltage at the end of your plug, then at the convertor, If you have power at both then it could be what you think.

The pedestal seems fine it's been operating normal all night. I switched the fridge to propane and will see if the reduced load helps out.

I would check the voltage at the pedestal, also the breakers low voltage can and will cause a problem, and in some of the older campgrounds there in a voltage drop about the time everyone gets back and turns the appliances on. I am assuming that you checked the breakers inside the unit.
