2007 Rockwood 1910 Leaking Storage Hatch

This is my first time on this forum. I am frustrated with my 2007 Rockwood 1910 Popup. I have caulked around both side hatch doors, all seams and lights but the leak persists. I removed all the interior paneling on the storage compartment but found no one place where the leaking was obvious. I just removed the entire top hatch door assembly. There was water present in the caulk around the hatch rim, but I am not certain this is the only leak. The floor of the storage area was very wet, leading me to believe that it has been leaking for awhile. I hope others have suggestions as to where to look and how to fix my leaking problems, especially how to seal the top storage door

is the roof possibly leaking and running down on the inside to the point of where you are finding water ? do you know for sure its the hatch door ?

I was thinking the same thing.
Is there a roof seam right above the hatch?
Water can run a long way before it finds an exit point.

Yes the hatch had water under the rim and in the chalk when I removed it. I do not believe the roof is leaking as the inside box is dry, but the storage is wet. Thanks for your help.
