2013 pop up a/c freazzes

I just bought a 2013 fr model 276 hw pop up just got back from my second trip out to west Texas the a/c froze up twice on me. After the first time I called the dealer where I bought the trailer they told me to run it on high fan speed and move the temp knob to the warmer setting. So I followed there instructions but two days later we again woke up very hot is there any advise on this subject

Take the cover off inside, and make sure noting is in the way of the air plenums. I had a piece of duct tape come loose on mine last year, partially blocked air flow, and she froze up. Fixed it, and no problems since.

Cover may have some screws under little round buttons covering the screw head. Pry the buttons off with a pocket screw driver. Will be a square head screw also.
