Sorry I forgot to add my comments with the pic's this started to appear in late summer and is now a real concern. I'm taking to dealer tomorrow but it's definitely out of the original 12 month warranty. We did purchase the additional 5 year extended warranty but after my conversation on the phone with the dealer it doesn't sound promising. There are no apparent problems with the seals or caulking anywhere. We only used it for 2 seasons and it appears the problem is on the coming from the other side. There's no apparent leaks anywhere on the side. Any thoughts or if someone has had this happen to them?
Thanks to all!

I have no idea, I see the peeling, but is the textured surface part of your concern or is it normal? why I ask is my HW 277 has smooth walls, no texture at all. Maybe someone else has an idea and will chime in.

The exterior 'skin' is made of stucco embossed aluminum, so the texture is normal. Yours is probably fiberglass which is a very smooth finish.
Thanks for your reply.
