2019 2514G Pop up WIFI Ranger not working

Just brought this camper home from dealer. Opened it up and reviewed everything from the walk thru. I flipped all electrical switches on and waited a half hour and tried to connect my phone, however there was network id showing for the wifi ranger. Any thoughts. Also I am new to the Forest River community and have already picked up some good points from some the threads here. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Did it connect properly when you did the PDI with the dealer?

The Wifi Ranger's job is to boost/extend an existing wifi signal as well as to provide security. Did you connect the Ranger to your router at home?

Thank you for the replies. I have found that the ranger is wired to the same switch that turns on the lights under the awning. Apologize for the delay in responding.

no wifi after lights off!

I went through the same process- turned it on- waited......nothing.


Turned out the unit was never installed!! LOL
