2019 Rockwood tent camper premier, model 2716G
We bought this not knowing the bed wheels were installed incorrectly. It was easier to fix them myself then deal with the service department. However, this weekend I noticed the wall is pulling away. Anyone know why this is happening? I’m thinking the wheel they installed is a 1/4 inch too high. Or we are exceeding the weight capacity on the king bed. Does anyone know the weight capacity?

the bed has about a 1000 lb weight limit. It should easily hold two adults. since this is a 2019 and you are the original owner (yes?) - i would be taking it back to the dealer. I would also be sending pictures to Rockwood and seeing what they have to say. it looks like you are missing some bracing.
(i had front wall flex on my HW277 - but it did not show up for about 5 years - well out of warranty and it may have gotten worse due to a water leak we had, but I had bracing added and it helped.)

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, I think something is going wrong at the factory judging by your camper and mine. Disappointing.
How does the exterior of the wall look, broken caulking? That looks awful. I'd let the factory handle this as the wall may need to be rebuilt.
Please let us know what failed, as that'll likely happen to mine as well.

Update
Because my husband is unhappy with the dealer we bought from and the customer service and because he's "Tim the Tool Man Taylor"...he took the camper apart himself. He rebuilt it himself. Needless to say it's never coming apart again. Unfortunately I can't answer what he did or what was ever wrong with it to begin with. All I know is that when he took it apart he found all the screws were pulled out that were suppose to be holding it together. Meanwhile we went camping last weekend and found water on the floor again...This time he found the source of the leak and thinks it's a pipe connected to the shower. He plans to rip the camper apart again this weekend to fix that. I hate that it's under warranty and he's doing all the work. He believes he can fix the problems better himself. He is very knowledgeable and can fix many things. I have faith in him. I can tell everyone that we no longer have issues with the door. We did what was suggested and it seems to have fixed that problem. Hopefully after this weekend that will be the end of any issues with our new camper.

Glad everything worked out for you guys. Glad your husband was able to fix everything on his own. Not everyone lives within a couple hours of the factory like I do.
I did also get my camper fixed. Haven't had a lot of time to inspect everything as we went over the numerous issues in a short time, the factory fixed. I didn't get to inspect everything thoroughly yet.
I did get my new wheel well, where the original wheel well that was installed was for a Freedom series and mounted incorrectly. I also had a boat load of other semi-serious issues fixed.
I'll say while I was extremely disappointed in the build quality and quality control, the customer service has been excellent placing it next to Jayco and Starcraft. With my previous Rockwood that I bought over a decade ago, customer service was none existent and why I never went back to Forest River until now.
Here's the old round Freedom wheel well
Here's the new trapezoidal Premier wheel well
