206LTD MAC lug nut torque

I have a 2016 206LTD MAC with 12" tires and the sticker for the torque setting on the lug nuts is not readable. How many ft-lbs should I torgue the nuts to?

I recently was looking for specs for my horse trailer bolts and notice the first stage and second stage specs. What are these?

Stages

Just as the name implies you tighten and torque in 2 stages. The first stage is to be sure that the wheel is properly seated on the hub. The second is to take the lug nuts up to the final torque. Just a way to keep you from cranking down the lug nuts too soon and warping the wheel, or in some cases, the brake rotor.
