Got the new steps today. They look real nice, unfortunely they are not a straight bolt up. Across the front no problem, 24" centers, but front to back I will have to install some flat stock to span the distance. New steps only go 8" front to back, and my camper bracket is 13". So i'll just cut a piece of stock 13" long and bolt it to my camper brackets, and than bolt the new steps to that. Now if it would only stop raining...

Yep. A simple flat stock piece should work just fine.

Good luck.
