Advice Replacing Water Tank??

Hello,
I have an older Flagstaff 208 pop-up camper. Last summer -- during an unintended off-roading expedition -- I cracked the water tank (under the floor). I believe the axle impacted and cracked it. I cannot see the crack & thus cannot easily fix it.
I'm in the process of removing the tank now & it's becoming a small PITA. Does anyone here have experience replacing the underside fresh water tank of their pop-up?
I've got both wheels off, the lift cabling brackets detached, the hoses detached, and the side support un-bolted. It looks like I need to forcibly move the side-support out of the way to drop the tank. I don't want to pull it off, since it's wedged in there pretty good.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Thanks for the help.

PS - Is it normal for the floor to be made from OSB? should there be a tarp/cover on the bottom of the camper?
