Question Air Conditioner has water dripping inside..Pop Up 2006 Flagstaff

Our 2006 Flagstaff pop up is dripping water inside and we are afraid to have water damage on the floor/table.

We checked the AC carrier manual and is sending us to check the drainage which they are clear/clean.
Now they want us to check the mounting bolts..
Is there any easy fix for this?

Thanks for any input..

if you have checked the drain and it is clear then it could be the seal that the A/C sit's on when it is sandwiched between the roof and outside

or it could have come loose and leaving a gap which is why they are saying to check the mounting bolts

from the inside pull the cover off and check the bolts to see if thet are tight

The roof mount torque bolt indicator tabs should also be even vertically.
