Our Flagstaff 228D would not raise on our fourth trip. It is two months old.
We used the crank to raise it and at the end of the weekend it worked to lower. It does not even make the noise it usually does when we try to raise it.
It should be under warranty so we debate if it's better to hitch it up and take it to dealer or fix ourselves. Don't want to mess up warranty if this is gonna be an ongoing problem by doing ourselves.
Thoughts?

Wow, sorry I missed some of these responses. I really appreciate the time you all took to help me. I called Forest River and explained to them I thought it was a bad relay. They sent me a replacement control board and I connected the wires and presto... lift goes up and down. Now I just need to find time to properly mount it.

Thanks for coming back and letting us know what the problem was. It's nice to hear the final outcome.
