Anybody know what this part is?
fell out of the electric winch compartment on a Flagstaff 2015 BR28tsc popup camper
also where to find factory diagrahm showing the winch mechanism?
Trying to help out cousin who bought this unit

That looks like the flange off the cable drum.

Here's the PowerWinch manual. It should be close, if not the exact unit.
