Awning cover replacement or entire new awning?

My popup trailers awning cover where you zip up the awning into is ripping and looks dry rotted but the awning itself is fine. Apparently the cover has done its job. Can I replace the the cover or do I need to replace the entire awning typically?

check with a dealer. I got divergent stories on this one, first dealer said it was one piece and had to be ordered as such, another said they could replace just the cover.

I will. Probably a third party option for just a cover. Thanks for your input.
