Bed slides
What do you use to help your beds slide in and out easier?

Dry silicone spray only. Also use this on the lift poles on each corner. There are also grease fitting to lube on the lift mechanism underneath.

Probably. Make sure it says "dry spray silicone." I've seen it at department, home improvement stores too.

As mentioned above , Lowes , HD, Wal Mart or any auto parts store will probably be cheaper. They don't have the "RV" mark up.
