Question bi-pass valve

Hey all, getting ready to install a bi-pass valve on my HW31 Forest River Flagstaff pup, and was wondering if anyone had a problem with the water flow after putting one of these on? This valve is for easy winterizing and hooks to the pump. Thanks

Hey Caver.

I have not installed one of these. I usually just crawl underneath and disconnect the hose from the FW tank since this is the hose that is connected to the pump. I then stick it in a gallon of RV antifreeze and draw it up into my system.

I did notice on my new unit that they used those new water pipes and clamps. The old one had a simple pipe clamp. I will have to cut the clamp off and then re affix it with a pipe clamp when I am done.

You definitely have a good idea if you do not mind doing the work.
