Bought one!!!!!
Well, hopefully the search as ended. We went and looked at a 1995 coleman Utah. He was asking 2800 and I offered him 2500. They took it immediately. I said I was going to offer you 2,000. His wife said, you two seem like nice people and I want it to go to nice people how about 2200. I shockingly said really? She said yea. Ok I said. We rolled out the awning that is in excellent shape. Actually the whole thing is in excellent shape. No leaks at all and has been stored in the garage when not in use. We could not get the fridge to come on and we all think it may be a fuse. He said how about 2,000 if we can't get the fridge working. I said deal! If you can get it working we will stay at the 2200 and if not we will take it for 2,000. We figure if we have to put a new one in for 700 we will still only have 2700 invested in it. He also threw in the hitch and sway bars. Now! I need to figure out how it post pics.

Congrats! We just sold our 2000 Coleman. Had 13 very happy camping seasons with it. Upgrading to the pop-up from a tent was the best feeling. 8 or 10 day day trips were no problem with the pup. When we upgraded this year, we went to a hybrid - couldn't give up the tent ends.
Hope you get many good times in the new camper.

Thanks for all the well wishes. I am really excited to get it home, cleaned and waxed up. First though we have to figure out the refrigerator issue. No one happens to know where the fuse for the dometic refrigerator would be would they?
Thanks.

Good luck on your new camper! Coleman trailers are decent quality and you should get many more years of use from it.

Congrats on your purchase. The only downside is you won't be eligible to attend the FROG rallies.

Score!!! If I could do it all over again, I'd get a used Coleman/Fleetwood over a new trailer.

Not sure if ours had the same setup as your fridge, but the fuse was a round push in type (takes about a 1/4 turn to release) located in the outside access pannel to the right of the other controls. Will it work on gas or just totally not working?

Well right now totally not working because the propane takes are empty.

Congratulations, sounds like 2 families that are honest and good folks to deal with. Kinda rare these days to find someone that will discount if it's not right and also you for being willing to give them more if it's a minor issue. My hat's off to both parties.

Congratulations! We sold our 95 Coleman Rio Grande last spring to wonderful family also. It was in great shape, we sold it to them for 2200. I maybe could have asked more, but we know them well and wanted it to go to a good home. We camped with our three boys in it for 10 years and had so much fun. Now that it's just the two of us, we bought FILs barely used TT, love this one too! Just a different phase in our camping life. Happy trails!

So, we picked "Frankie" Fleetwood up with "Big Blue". When we got there the now previous owner had the refrigerator going and cold!!!! Wow what a relief. So, we ended up going with the $2,200 price. I wish I knew how to post pics!!!! Very very excited about it. We are going camping in the driveway tomorrow night!!!!
