You guys are confusing me. What zippers need to be pulled down?
My process is to pull the bed out as far as possible, then snap the under covers on both sides, but I do not velcro them, yet. Since if they bind up and shorten on the velcro, the best will not have that extra inch.
I then go inside, push the bed out, slide in the pin on both sides, then insert the hockey puck tube to raise the ends. I then go out and do the velcro under both sides.
But I do not touch any zippers!
I know some unzip the panels, but I was told it was not necessary and so far after almost three years, it has not caused a problem.
By the way, I'll have mine set up in Moab on Sunday evening so I'll snap some photos and get to try out my Truck's built in hot spot to send a photo.
