Camping at Bass Lake, CA. What a good season opener!

We had a wonderful time camping at bass Lake! 4 days boondocking. Plenty of hiking trails and watching the wildlife. We used our foldable 100 amp solar panel and used our cassette toilet for the first time. Next time we will use the water system too. We were the only ones not using a tent. I tell you ever time we take this thing camping I am greatfull not to be tent camping!

Which campground did you stay at? All of my tent camping around there has been up Beasore (Upper Chiquito, Bowler Group, Granite Creek (now out of the question with my beast)).

Just awesome. Did the solar panel come with the camper? Are they throwing those in now? I did not get one.

Here, here for not being in a tent sleeping on the ground. Life is good!

It came with a convenience hook up for a Zamp solar panel but I just bought a 100 watt folding panel from Amazon. We had no power issues.

Were you able to use the Zamp plug with the panel? And if so what panel did you buy on Amazon. Thanks.

I used the Zamp plug in and just reversed the polarity of the cord. I also made an extension cord long enough so I could throw it on the roof or bunk end.

This is the one I bought.

Awesome thanks for the info. I’ve been wanting a solar panel for mine but they were really proud of the Zamp panel. Almost 300 bucks for the 120 watt kit.
