Amazon has really jacked up their price. They were equal a few years ago.

Amazon does excel at customer relations, but their prices are not always the lowest,. But if within reason, I will purchase from Amazon long before using eBay.
I probably use them for 90 percent of my online purchases, including dog food, but for specialized items such as LEDs, and misc vehicle stuff I will use known good retailers such as Diode Dynamics, Retro-Solutions or AutoAnything.

You'll appreciate the stool. You'll never know how much the surge protector is worth but good to have. Looks like a good start. You can add to it as you travel. Enjoy

Hardwire Progressive can't go wrong. Bigger battery bank always needed, good tire gauge, road safety kit, small air compressor, spare tire, bottle Jack, big enough truck, Coffee and coffee pot, lawn chairs, water hose and regulator, tools, spare fuses and a volt meter, duct tape, small roll of eterbond roof repair, roof caulking, generator, solar to keep batteries charged, dishes, small propane Weber grill, sewer hose, mosquito spray, it really just keeps going on and on. Welcome to the money pit. LOL Have fun we do!!!

Amazon generally has good prices, but it pays to shop around, especially for the bigger ticket items. And for the record, Amazon DOES collect tax in Indiana.

A very wise person once told me do not buy everything in the first year. Pace yourself, buy the necessities now and the nice to haves later. Make a list to prioritize. The surge guard surge protector will serve you well. We have the same only in the 50 amp version. Yes the progressive version is better and more expensive. As stated the pressure regulator is important and can be purchased at Wal-Mart cheaply.
