Yes. I've seen "double" shower tents - -one side for potti and one side for shower.
Great way to go if you have the room.

All the time!
We keep the porta-potti in the trailer for night-time nature calls, but have put it outside during the day so that the kids can romp inside the trailer.
I personally like the Big Cabelas privacy/shower tents. We have a little one that was a gift, but would love one of the big ones that our friends in the military were able to have FPO'd to them.
Our little one (which is too small)

This one is like the one my friends had. It's nice and big. Theirs was from Cabelas, I think.

I don't know when we'll be able to go camping again...

I looked at both those, I like the cables tent. This our first year camping, we see a lot of nice accessories, so we read reviews, and ask questions here, it saves a lot of headaches and unnecessary spending, on things that don't work.
