sorry that happened to you
I still remember a nice large tent I had many years ago
when it was still pretty new
guess I stored it a little damp
by the time in which I found out
it was wrecked

hopefully you still have some use left in yours

It still works, just isn't very pretty anymore.
You know I really like to wood finish in the new high walls. Maybe I should just look at a trade in

seems like
if we do much looking
we end up buying

my friend has traded up two times in the last two years
now he has a rig so big
that it hardly fits in his driveway

but I understand
this may be the time for you ??

Yes. But this trailer is in its 7th season with me so maybe it is time and I was looking at the same HW 276. Model only 2013

we had mold/mildew on our old Viking popup, due to a roof leak and were able to get the inside of the canvas clean with a diluted bleach solution.

I understand and must share
if you do change up
once you get away from the tent style
I think you will be very happy
just a few reasons
easier to keep warm and to keep cooler
far less wind and noise
dryer
resale value

well we spend most of our time outside anyway
last time we were at the desert
a couple next door in a tent type trailer
wanted to trade us
they had gotten tired of trying to heat their rig
all in the eye of the beholder I guess
when it's super hot 115 degrees
we enjoy the air conditioning while inside
when it pretty cold in the 30s
we enjoy something that holds the heat in

done it all
tent no tent
pop top campers
motor homes large and small

all good
and I admit
my preference today may change tomorrow

we live in the country
with many nice large windows
certainly not sealed off from nature
just because we don't have tent pop outs

This is why we sold our popup and traded up to a TT. Had a leak (unnoticed) in roof caulking while closed up between trips... Result was canvass mold with some rot and water damage. Replaced partial canvass on one side and sink countertop. Fortunately it was an old camper.

DW still wasn't satisfied... Time for upgrade to new trailer!
