Classic 425d A/C Location

I'm looking to add A/C to my 2012 Flagstaff Classic 425D popup. It's prewired but I don't know where the unit should be installed ? Can anyone help me with where it should be located ? Also there's an outlet in one of the storage spaces whats it for ?

Thanks

Do you have a roof vent?
Normally remove and add there.
Maybe some one with same model with air can measure location

425D air conditioner location

WPW, I have a 2009 425D that came with air. Looking from the back of the camper, the unit sets 22" in from the left of the camper top and 31" from the back, so it's located a little left of center and to the rear (again, looking from the rear of the camper). The square vent to pull in fresh air is in the rear corner of the top on the door side. By the way, ours is a Carrier brand and measures 22" by 39".

Cool

See the below link.. My 228D has a screw in the roof (screwed up from the inside) to indicate the location for the a/c unit. As I understand the roof is structurally re-enforced and framed out in this location to aid in the installation of the A/C unit.

That's correct. Unscrew the screw, drill up though the roof, then use a router to open the 14" hole in the roof. The reinforcement is wood, so watch for sawdust when routing.
