I've had good luck with mixing up some Oxyclean in a spray bottle, dampening a clean towel, and scrubbing. Might have to hit tough spots with direct spray to let it sit for a minute. Works on 99% of the junk I pick up camping under a thick canopy of trees.

Keeping the canvas clean was my main reason for getting PUGS. Since I've put them on, had zero issues.

Anyone have a cleaning tip for the canvas window zips on the sides of the bunk ends(canvas in both sides, not vinyl)? We have a palm size spot and I put a mold and mildew remover on it but it didn't really help and seemed to have removed waterproofing. Click image for larger version

Try Oxi-Clean and you should reapply waterproofing at least once a year anyway just for good measures.

Thanks. It's in progress and currently soaking. Want to show a couple cleaning pics of the other tent material using Mirage 2000 Mold and Mildew remover. Amazing stuff for the tent material. 1st is before and 2nd is during. It's like an eraser. Very happy about this. We bought the pup used and owner didn't take the best care of it. We def will be. Amazing product. Took good arm scrubbing. I'm going to feel it tomorrow.
