What is the best way to clean the exterior of my Rockwood pup tent?

I used a nylon bristle brush and a very dilute mix of laundry detergent with warm water to clean the one I had. Rinse well.
It never got really dirty or stained, just dusty then wet.
I didn't treat the vinyl tops of the bunkends. I used 303 HiTech Fabric Guard inside and out on the canvas.

I tried a bunch of things to get some sap stains out when we took delivery from the dealer......no luck. Best I have seen so far for me that is recommended from the manufacture is Fantastik.

I use isopropyl alcohol from CVS. A little bit on a towel and it comes right off. Be sure to get some Meguiars vinyl cleaner/conditioner to put some moisture back in or it will dry out and crack more quickly than it should.
