couch position

I have a new 2516g and I can't get the couch in a position that allows me to push in the slide out and the bunk ends.

So it's laying flat? (That would preclude closing the slide-out dinette)? Or the seat back won't lay forward? (That would preclude sliding in the bed).

If it won't return to upright position from "bed" position, lift the seat, then lower it while pulling at the seat back with your other hand. It's stiff on mine, but that does the trick.

If the seat back won't tip forward so that the bed can slide in, make sure you're pulling the pins at the base of each side of the seat back. You have to keep forward pressure on one side while releasing the other side. ...not very convenient, but seems to get the job done.

If neither of those symptoms describe your problem, perhaps you could explain in more detail what the issue seems to be.
