I think most if it could be redone and sealed and recoated with no issues. My big concern is the side of the roof. It is cracked almost the the entire way down about 5-6 inches. Its also close to one of the roof supports. About 6 inches also. Any suggestions for fixing it. I thought about a thin piece of metal on each side and drawing them tight with some small bolts, then sealing and coating?? Thoughts suggestions?

Welcome to the forum.
I'm a pretty handy guy and just by your description my tires would be smoking the other direction.
The hidden water damage could cost you double or more to repair.
Mold
Structural damage
Etc etc
