Do you guys think I got a good deal?

My family and I are first timers, so we didn't want to invest a huge sum of money just in case we found out we didn't enjoy camping as much as we think we will (I can't see that being the case). We are limited to what we can pull since out TV is a 2011 Honda CRV. After quite a while searching, I found a local 2008 Rockwood 1640LTD. The guy that had it bought it new in '09 and it had been in a storage unit for the last 14 mos. The PUP has (forgive me if these things are standard on this model...I'm still learning) air, furnace, heated mattresses, sink, 10gal tank, spare tire, and an awning with the bug room. He even left all of the contents (dishes, pans, silverware, water hose, space heater, 7 to 4 pin wiring connector, etc) in it and just let everything go. He says he and his son used it less than 10 times, which seems to be the magic number when looking for used PUPs. By the condition, I tend to believe him. I can't find a fault in it anywhere. I gave him $3800. Fair? Too much? Did I steal it?

EDIT - I knew I was forgetting something. It also has the 2 burner stove.

The way I feel about a purchase is that if I feel good about what I paid for it, then I'm happy. In your case, you seem to have have gotten a good deal. Happy camping.
