Yep, no rain mixed with months of 100 degree heat = no grass.

I have our HW27KS tucked inside of our garage for the winter. I have read around differing opinions about the battery, but wanted to ask anyway. Should I leave it plugged in or just disconnect the battery? I thought about plugging it in for 2-3 days at a time, then disconnecting the battery when not pluggged in. The converter has three modes that senses the load and adjusts accordingly. One of those is a slow charge. Seeing that, I may just leave it plugged in. Thoughts? This is my first winter with it and being in Georgia, my garage should not get too cold.

I have mine on the work bench on a trickle charger. I suppose if I had it in the garage and could charge it off the camper that would work too.

Left the battery on the camper plugged into shore power this off season. Mothballs in garage, Fresh-cab, bounce sheets and Victor pet chasers plug in for mice, working good so far.

I plug it into my pool outlet that's on a timer for a couple hours a day.

I park my unit outside with a cover over it. I sure wish I had space in my garage for it. No wonder homes come with three stall garages now. I could use an extra one.

Vin.
