Door setup assistance

We have a new to us, 2008 Flagstaff HW Pop up. We have it setup in the back yard to test everything out and one thing we are really struggling with is the door. The video and manual make it sound so easy to install, but we have yet to get it done.

We can use the door, but I'm sure it's not installed correctly. The main issue is that the top of the door is hitting the top of the camper, but at the same time, the bottom of the door is sitting on the frame of the camper just above the step. I've tried to put the top in and push up from the bottom, but that doesn't work either. Right now the top of the door is about 2 inches or so from the camper wall, so no way the latches can secure the door.

If anyone would be willing to share photos, video, etc of how their door goes in I would really appreciate it!

The only thing that it could be is that your roof is not raised completely. Is your green cord on the left front corner of the camper taunt?

Just like mine when I first camped this year. Height cord was slack so I had to re-adjust the top limit switch on my power winch.

Wow! That never occurred to me! I'll check that in the morning!
