door velcro problem

has anybody ever had a problem with the Velcro that attaches to the door not reaching to the top of the door to attach it? my door canvas Velcro does not pull all the way to the door on top leaving a small space and not attached to the door. I looked at the wall canvas at top and it is screwed in so something did not slip. Any ideas?

Pop up

If you're talking about a Pop Up........try putting up you door before you put up the the end bows in the bed areas. The tent material can be you can see it is in the channel the holds the tent each end there is a square headed screw the holds it in place. if you absolutely have to adjust it, undue the screw and move it over some towards the door.....then put the screw back in. Mine does the same thing at the very top......last three inches. If you make sure your out side is done before you do the inside....that also helps you to get it secured.

Used to be problematic on my old PUP (a Jayco), but only if it wasn't near perfectly leveled.
