Electricity
I was looking at possibly putting two pop ups on one site. My question is can one pop up be plugged into the 30 amp time and one into the 50 amp plug at the same time?
Thanks

I'd say yes. You'll need a 50amp-to-30amp adapter plug for one of them, though.
50 Amp 125/250V RV Female - (2) 30 Amp RV Male Plugs Y-Adapter with Powersmart LED's - Furrion F5431RY-SB - Electrical Cords - Camping World
You could probably run both off the 50 amp using the adapter, since I'm not sure you could run close to 30 amps in a popup, unless you've got A/C and you brought a microwave.

Probably could but the campgrounds I have been in would not allow two campers on a single site.

They might if you offered to pay double the rate

X2! I've yet to encounter a campground that allows more than one camper per site.

LOL, they might but then they would spend a lot of time defending that decision when others campers say "but I saw two campers on X site".
And if I were paying double the rate, then just as well get double the real estate and get the second site.

I think this is probably right, so I suggest the OP look at the rules for the campground he plans to stay at. All of the state parks in WI that I know of state "No more than one recreation trailer, pickup truck camper or motor home may occupy a campsite".

Or you can have people sneak up and tap into your 50 amp panel when you are not there, and get really uptight when you pull their plug at 8PM. And then, you find out that the one trailer (I believe it was daddy) tapped into my panel with a long extension cord with a triple plug, and then allowed someone else (son/son-in-law-who knows for sure) to tap into the cord coming from the 50 amp service on my panel.
This was one of the many problems I had at Petrified Forest State Park, UT.

Usually...the 50 amp/30 amp pedestal is wired to provide a total 50 amps. It would support what the OP suggests plug wise....provided both campers were low usage.
What campgrounds will allow is another issue of course.

It varies greatly by campground...check with them. TX state parks, for instance, don't specifically limit trailers at a site (of course, fitting them in would be a challenge..two smaller popups I might be able to do). They allow 2 vehicles (trailer counts as one) per site and a max 8 people and charge extra vehicle fees. Nothing parked off pavement. I've had people tent camp in my site and ran them an extension cord from my popup's 15A external plug while I was on 30A at the pedestal, but two trailers would be a trick where we're at, even if they allow it.
