Extended warranty help

Hi,I'm new to the pop up world and just picked one up.The dealer tried to sell us a 6 year extended warranty but I asked about the the extended warranty from forest river. He said it was only good for one extra year so I asked if the paper work was in our folder we got from them with the camper,so after looking through all of it I can't find anything..what I would like to know is that extra 1 year worth it or go for the 6 year from them which is a lot more costly...thanks and really need the help

X2. Basically your getting 2 years worth of warranty. Dealer will push the other warranty because they get a kick back.

on pop ups the warranty covers more than 1 year it is limited lifetime what it covers and is $100.Forest River, Inc. Additional Lifetime Optional Protection
Plan For Folding Camping Trailers, is what its called. Phone Forest River and ask them to send you the paperwork. I got to thinking and saw my thread on this and it shows the warranty there. You have to have bought it new and it says within 10 days but they not strict on it. The thread is dated January 31st. Hope this helps.

the pop up warranty is lifetime for certain things for $100. The other warranty shown is for travel trailers and 5th wheelers for an extended year warranty for $150.

Great, if you can scan form and post here later that would be great as it will help others in future.

Yes. Please attached a copy of the form for others. I have had trouble finding the pop up one and missed the deadline.

I have only one year.

Vin.

Interesting. That isn't the same coverage that was offered to me for my pop up. That first sheet doesn't mention pop ups at all. I would have taken them up on their offer if it had.

Don't have my offer sheet in front of me but it covered suspension, frame, subfloor, exterior sidewalls, bunk base and frame, and the interior cabinet frame, face and sides.
